| Flambee de Pêche -- Peach flambee w/raspberry brandy and vanilla ice cream The sweetness of the peach, the fragrance of the raspberry brandy and the richness & smoothness of the vanilla ice cream created an indescribable taste in the mouth. |

| Petits Fours -- Macaroons, Lacy Cookies, Mini Fruit Tarts, Mini Sponge Cakes Petits fours are small size of cakes, cookies, tarts or pastries that are normally eaten at the end of the meal. Many high-end restaurants usually will present a plate or a tray of petits fours for diners to enjoy after the meal. |

| This is our bill. Total cost of the meal was 551€ . The grand total was almost 700€ (Meal + Tax + Service Fee + Tips). This is the most expensive dinner we've ever had so far. Good thing is that both H and I are not big wine drinkers, imagine if we were, then this dinner would be easily over 1000€. |

| When we were just about leaving the dining room, we saw Mr. Claude Terrail, owner of the Tour D'Argent,. He happily said yes when we asked him to take a picture with us. Sadly, Mr. Terrail passed away on June 1, 2006. His son, André Terrail, is currently the owner of this famous restaurant. |

| While waiting for taxi , we took a few family photos in the restaurant in order to remember this wonderful, delicious and expensive dinner. My honey was very relieved that he didn't have to stay behind to wash all the dirty dishes to pay for his lovely wife's 130€ Homard 'La Belle Aisse'........ |

| In 1985, La Tour D'Argent opened its first restaurant outside of Paris - La Tour D'Argent Tokyo in the New Otani Hotel. Even people can go to Tokyo to enjoy the Caneton, but I still think they should come to the origianl La Tour D'Argent to enjoy the 'real' French setting, and enjoy Paris. |
